Requirements for returns

  1. To request a return and refund, please contact us directly at info@removely.de.
  2. Returns must be approved in advance for a refund or exchange. Merchandise returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted and you may be responsible for all associated shipping costs.
  3. The device you wish to return must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means it must be undamaged and in its original packaging. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in additional costs or make it impossible to return the product.
  4. The request for return must be made within 60 days of the date of purchase.
  5. To initiate the return process, please provide the following information by e-mail:
