Removely is committed to quality. Every Removely appliance is thoroughly tested for quality and performance. Our 2-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your device.
What is not covered by this warranty
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage, defects
- Failure due to misuse or abuse
- Improper care, impact or the introduction of foreign objects
- Vandalism, improper storage
- Improperly performed maintenance or repair
- Use of harmful chemicals
- Force majeure, fire, water, abrasives, negligence
- Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, loss of the appliance
- Normal wear and tear, alteration, overuse
- Professional use, commercial use.
How long does this warranty last?
The limited warranty begins on the date of purchase and expires after 2 years.
How to make a warranty claim
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact us: Leave us a message. There you will find detailed instructions on how to make a warranty claim. Please have your order number, product serial number and proof of purchase ready.
- Take photos or a video of your product: Before you return your product to us as part of a warranty claim, you should try to leave some evidence for yourself to prove that your device is OK before you send it back. (including photos or videos)
- Prepare your product for shipping: Pack your product in the shipping materials (e.g. a shipping box or shipping label) that we provide you with to send your product back to us. Once we receive your product, we will determine whether it has a defect or malfunction that is covered by our warranty.
If your product complies with our warranty, we will repair or replace it for you free of charge.
Your rights
The warranty gives you certain legal rights. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have other rights. The warranty does not affect the rights you have in your jurisdiction in relation to the sale of consumer goods.
