In order to ensure fair implementation of the right of return, we recommend that users adhere to the application recommendations given in the instructions for use for almost a month before submitting a return request. We also recommend extending your personal trial period to the full 60 days as everyone is different and it may take longer to see the results of IPL treatment. If the period of use is less than 50 days or if the period of use recommended in the instructions for use is not adhered to, the right of return is considered void.

Requirements for the return

  1. To request a return and refund, please contact us directly at info@removely.de.
  2. Returns must be pre-authorized for a refund or exchange. Merchandise returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted and you may be responsible for all associated shipping costs.
  3. The device you wish to return must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means it must be undamaged and in the original packaging. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in additional costs or make it impossible to return the product.
  4. The request for return must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  5. To initiate the return process, please provide the following information via email:
  • Your order number.
  • Provide a valid reason for your return or exchange. Specify the number of products you would like to return.
  • If you want an exchange, please specify the model.
  • You must provide clear photos of the product(s) that are detailed enough for us to assess their condition.
  • If you have kept the original packaging, these photos must also be included so that we can assess the condition.
  • If you have not kept the original packaging, please indicate this clearly in the email and we will investigate your case further.

 

We do not accept returns of goods under the following conditions:

1 Every product that is not at removely.de was bought.
2 Any product returned without the original packaging and accessories, including retail packaging, manuals, cables and any other goods originally supplied with the product.
3 Any product that exhibits physical damage or obvious user misuse.
4 Any product that appears stained (scratches, food or oil stains, etc.)
5 Orders longer than 60 days from the date of purchase.

In order to ensure fast and hassle-free shipping, minimize unforeseen costs, and responsibly evaluate and recycle returned goods, we may need to charge a return fee. This fee covers return shipping and restocking costs and may vary depending on the order status and condition of the returned item(s).

About the return process

  1. Contact us: Contact us by email. Once approved, we will send you a printable shipping label that includes our return address and basic information about your returned order.
  2. Attach the return label: Pack your goods properly in the original box and stick the provided return label on the outside of the box.
  3. Return the package: Due to the high value of the goods, we strongly recommend that you hand the package personally to the responsible postal employee. We advise against putting the package in a mailbox without being directly accepted by a postal employee. Removely is not responsible for lost packages and refunds will not be processed. If you need urgent processing of the returned packages, please contact us and provide a tracking number for the returned packages.
  4. Notification upon receipt: We will process your return within 1-3 business days of receiving the package.
  5. Refund Process: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method once we confirm that your package meets return standards. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reach your bank account (processing time may vary by bank).

IMPORTANT: We can only accept returns or exchanges for goods purchased on removely.de. If you purchased your item from Amazon, Shopee or an authorized retailer, please contact the relevant retailer to arrange a return or exchange.

 

Defective products

Removely's products undergo thorough testing before reaching our customers to ensure the highest quality. However, it may happen that products are damaged during transport or due to other unforeseen circumstances. If you receive a damaged product, please do not use it and immediately take a photo for evidence. Send the photo to our customer service, who will immediately arrange a replacement delivery. Additionally, please return the damaged product to help us identify and resolve the problem and prevent the incident from happening again.
